An amendment made to the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by changing the time when the 180-day statute of limitations starts from the time an employer makes a "discriminatory pay decision" to allow the time to start instead "each and every time that a discriminatory paycheck is issued" to the individual that is being discriminated.
