Commodity Selection Index (CSI)

Definition
A trading metric which expresses the volatility momentum of commodity prices. Short-term traders follow this index to identify contracts with higher price fluctuations, in order to take advantage of significant but short-lived price trends. The higher the index, the more volatility exists in the market.
