A privately held exchange for futures and options located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, that was formed in 2001 through the merger of the Commodity and Monetary Exchange of Malaysia and the Kuala Lumpur Options and Futures Financial Exchange. The Malaysia Derivatives Exchange is owned by the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.
