Japan Association Of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation (JASDAQ)

Definition
The Tokyo based electronic security exchange. Established as an over-the-counter market in 1963, the JASDAQ launched an electronic trading platform in 1991 and was reorganized as a securities exchange in 2004. It has an automated quotation system similar to the NASDAQ.
