Agency Disclosure

Definition
A requirement in most states that agents who act for both buyers or sellers must disclose who they are working for in the transaction. For example, a real estate agent working for the seller must provide an agency disclosure agreement notifying potential buyers that she is working on behalf of the sellers and not the buyer.
