Fully Indexed Interest Rate

Definition
Rate on an adjustable rate, or variable rate, loan in which the margin is added to an index level in order to determine that rate. Indexes typically used include LIBOR, the prime rate, or the various United States Treasury bill and note rates. Although the margin is typically a constant value, the index level will vary depending upon market conditions.
