Nasdaq Intermarket

Definition
The forum used by National Association of Securities Dealer (NASD) members to make trades and interact with stock buyers and sellers. NASD members also use the electronic market to obtain stock quotes from exchanges such as the New York and American Stock Exchanges. Although Nasdaq has spoken of departing from the medium, the intermarket has been commended for improving trade competition and available investment capital.
