Policyholder Loan Bonds

Definition
Packaged loans requested by a policyholder. The loan is based off the amount of money that would be paid to the policyholder or beneficiary if the policy is redeemed. The loan may be paid off before the policy is redeemed through monthly payments or paid before funds are distributed to beneficiaries.
