Definition
An investment organization that was created in 2006, by moving assets from the Dubai Department of Finance's Investment Division to the ICD. It is owned by the government that ensures the United Arab Emirates' sovereign wealth yields returns for the advantage of Dubai. As of 2011, it operates with six Board of Director members and a staff of 50.
