Nominated Advisor (NOMAD)

Definition
A company that has met certain criteria and has thus been approved as a nominated advisor for the Alternative Investment Market. This is done by the London Stock Exchange. Some of the required criteria in being nominated includes the company practicing corporate finance for at least two years. In addition, the company must employ at least four persons who are considered to be qualified executives and it must also have been considered a financial advisor in at least three qualified transactions within two years.
