This requires continuing education every three years, and passing an exam that tests revenue collection, obligation payment, cash processing, reconciliation, managing current accounts, maintaining documentation, monitoring transactions, forecasting and monitoring cash flow, receiving and processing wire transfers, analyzing financial statements, etc.
